We work in 3 ways with our own and clients companies
1. Turnaround
We look to stabilize the trading position of a company. This is done with a combination of good financial management controls and reporting in addition to inspiring and re-connecting owners back with their business and allowing them to focus on sales and marketing efforts.
2. Growth
Once a company is in a stable trading position, typically 3-6 months from commencement we look to place more emphasis on sales and marketing initiatives. Developing companies gradually so they last. Motivating teams, teaching and allowing individuals to blossom and giving them the freedom to develop within an accountable framework 2-5 years.
3. Exit
We feel it is always important for a company to remain fresh. Once our skills in developing a company have reached an optimum rate we look to hand over the companies either to the management team or to integrate them into a company, which can develop them, further. We position companies at this stage to be bought instead of looking to sell.
